This place is conveniently located in the heart of everything people visit here for, close to restaurants, tourist attractions, and a charming historical area.

Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and immaculate room. It was in the central location to various downtown locations. Had lunch/dinner at Taco Bell, which I found within walking distance of the hotel.

The room was big and newly renovated, also it had smoke detectors. There were a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

The location was perfect, right next to Tampa and in a very nice historic district to explore at night. There was a great variety of restaurants nearby to choose from, including a McDonald's just a 15-minute walk away.

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was recently renovated
we didn't feel very safe. doors were a gap "open" at the bottom, hotel and rooms were accessible for every passer-by. the lighting in the room is a bit puny.

We truly enjoyed our recently renovated rooms. The staff was the best! The hotel was in a marvelous location, close to various downtown attractions. We were near tourist spots and a very nice historic district to visit at night, as well as restaurants.

The location in the ghetto, while waiting for the bus we were advised to take shelter under the bus stop because there were shots being fired not far away!

The hotel is a unique base for a trip in Tampa. The room is recently renovated and big, and the staff is really helpful. The bed was comfortable. The shower was big in size. The location is central. It is in an awesome area. It's 12 miles from Tampa International airport.

location of the hotel was good. it was also good that there were elevators, so one did not have to carry the suitcases to the first floor.
from the outside, hotel unfortunately made a somewhat run-down impression, rooms were ok.

not exactly upscale neighborhoods, as long as you are travelling by car, no problem at all. neighbors were a bit special, left you alone.
